Stomp, stomp

I have taken up running again. A necessary evil. My fitness level is low. But I am improving. I am still frightfully slow (not that I have ever been really fast) but every time I am running, I see improvement. The first time out again was just agony, stamina nearly non-existant, running for half an hour seemed quite impossible. And I did manage to run a half marathon just four years ago…

After the third time running, I already felt an improvement to my neck and shoulders – not as tensed up and slumped any more, pain reliefed.

Running is still not my most beloved type of sport but for the moment it offers the best ratio of time spent to fitness gained. There is still a long way ahead of me…
